Patrick Giblin began his career in the entertainment side of the lighting industry, working in audiovisual and stage lighting for various events. After being the house lighting technician at Chelsea piers, he found an interest to explore the world of architectural lighting. This lead him to accepting a position with Schwinghammer Lighting as their field specialist. This opportunity not only provided him with extensive knowledge of the industry through collaboration with the owner, but allowed him to travel domestically and internationally, collaborating with top clients, such as Ralph Lauren, Thierry Despont, and Related Companies. Patrick joined SLS in 2019. He is passionate about constant self-development and strives to be a valuable resource for lighting designers, architects, and interior designers.
